Story about a small deception – the wife has been making Chicory for her ruffian husband instead of real Coffee for all their lives.

L'histoire d'une petite supercherie - L'épouse ayant préparé des boissons à base de chicorée au lieu de véritables cafés pendant leur longue vie conjugale à son rustaud de mari.

 
In the framework of the No Nails, No Pedestals series, every year one interdisciplinary event is focused on animation production. Last year, we hosted Kolja Saksida, this year we are happy to be able to invite Dušan Kastelic, illustrator, animator and 3D designer.
The screening will be followed by presentation and discussion which we are eager to experience. In the Project Room SCCA, Dušan Kastelic will introduce the audience to the backstage work on his animated film Chicory 'n' Coffe (2008) and its virtual scenery. We will discuss the possibilities of modeling 3D figures and whether 3D software programs are able to create objects in a similar way as the sculptors model their sculptures

Chaque année, un événement interdisciplinaire est axée sur la production d'animation. Cette année Dušan Kastelic est l'invité d'honneur : illustrateur, animateur et concepteur 3D.
La projection sera suivie par une présentation et un débat dont nous sommes impatients de faire l'expérience. Dans le SCCA Project Room, Dusan Kastelic présentera au public les coulisses de ton travail sur son film d'animation  chicorée 'n'café (2008) et ses paysages virtuels. Nous discuterons des possibilités de modélisation 3D chiffres et des programmes de logiciels 3D qui sont en mesures de créer des objets faisant référence au métier du sculpteur qui utilisait le modèle vivant pour réaliser ses sculptures.
