Nan Goldin (1953) photographe américaine est devenu mondialement célèbre avec son livre de photos "The Ballad of Sexual Dependency" (1986), un chef-d'œuvre unique dans l'histoire de la photographie. Goldin utilise "The Ballad…" pour présenter son travail sous la forme d'un diaporama qu'elle accompagne en chantant et en jouant. Le diaporama est devenu son outil principale pour présenter projets photographiques majeurs. The American photographer Nan Goldin (1953) became world famous with her photo book The Ballad of Sexual Dependency (1986), an unique masterpiece in the history of photography. Goldin used to present The Ballad in the form of a slideshow while singing and she playing music records. The slideshow became her own typical presentation format that she used for her major photo projects. In these, Goldin shows us her own tumultuous private life and that of her her friends. For the first time four slideshows are brought together in true Goldin style: intimate, compelling and sometimes heartbreaking, with music! Not to be missed!
